- TERMS
All custom imprint orders must be prepaid along with a written confirmation. No exceptions to either policy. Fax orders will be accepted with a MasterCard®, Visa®, AmEx® or Discover® card number. - PLATE CHARGES
Plate charges are service charges only and do not transfer title of cuts or plates to customer. - OVERRUNS/UNDERRUNS
All latex orders are subject to an overrun or underrun of 5% and will be billed accordingly. All mylar® balloon orders are subject to an overrun or underrun of 10% and will be billed accordingly.- PRINT DIRECTION
Unless otherwise specified, each balloon is printed to read with neck down.- CUSTOM ARTWORK
Please furnish camera-ready artwork sized approximately 5" X 5" for latex or 10" X 10" for mylars. Fax copies, photocopies, newspaper prints, and some computer generated artwork do not provide good reproductions. Our in-house graphics department can help you with artwork that is not considered camera-ready. Color separations are required for all two-color imprints with a 1/4" break between colors in artwork.- TRADEMARK USAGE
All copy or other material submitted will be accepted as being in full compliance with all applicable laws regarding trademark, service mark, copyright, right of privacy, patent, or similar protection.- DELIVERY TIME
Standard, Impress II®, and mylar® orders will be shipped within 15 days after the written confirmation and prepayment are received. Qualatex® Balloon Colors
STANDARD COLORS
Yellow, Orange, Pink, Red, Pale Blue, Dark Blue, Green, White. Standard assortments include: Yellow, Orange, Pink, Red, Pale Blue.
SPECIAL-TONE COLORS
Diamond Clear, Emerald Green, Sapphire Blue, Quartz Purple, Amethyst Violet, Ruby Red, Citrine Yellow. All of these colors are included in the Jewel-Tone assortment. An assortment is also available without Diamond Clear upon request. Because of their high-gloss sheen and radiant transparency, these colors are recommended for Impress II® or QX Express printing.
Garnet Wine and Onyx Black.
Goldenrod, Georgia Peach, Hot Rose, Spring Lilac, Tropical Teal, Sky Turquoise, Wintergreen, Ivory Silk. All of these colors are included in the Fashion-Tone assortment.
METALLIC COLORS
PEARL-TONE COLORS-Only available in 11" & 16"
Gold and Silver. Available assorted.

Pearl White, Pearl Mint Green, Pearl Light Blue, Pearl Azure, Pearl Lavender, Pearl Mauve, Pearl Pink, Pearl Peach. All of these colors are included in the Light Pearl-Tone assortment.
Pearl Citrine Yellow, Pearl Ruby Red, Pearl Quartz Purple, Pearl Sapphire Blue, Pearl Emerald Green. All of thes colors are included in the Deep Pearl-Tone assortment. Pearl Fuchia, Pearl Teal, and Pearl Black are also available but not in the assortment.
Latex Ink Colors
Black, White, Red, Yellow, Royal Blue, Green, Brown, Orange, Pink, Purple, and Burgundy are available.
Black ink is recommended on Standard colors; White is recommended on Jewel-Tone colors, Gold and Silver available on Impress II® printed orders only.

Commonly Asked Questions About Custom Imprints:
Q: What is straight line copy?A: Straight line copy consists of words or numbers only printed on a balloon. Five lines of type are allowed with up to 19 charcters per line. You may choose script or basic block letters.
EXAMPLES:
Q: What is a logo?
A: Anything other than straight line copy is considered a logo. Examples are any artwork, special, or curved type. All logos require an additional plate charge of $54. Include camera-ready artwork or an art charge ($60) will be added and may vary according to the complexity of the work.
Q: What is camera-ready artwork?
A: Camera-ready artwork includes ad slicks, PMTs, or laser printed line art which has unbroken lines without jagged edges. Black areas must be solid.
Photocopies and fax copies will require an art charge. Your imprinted balloons will reflect the quality of the submitted artwork.
Q: Are special ink colors available?
A: Yes, we can match Pantone® (PMS) numbers which are not inventoried. The cost for special ink colors is $45 for each color on latex orders and $54 on mylar® orders. Special ink color is not available on QX Express orders.
Q: Can I change ink colors on an order, for example, 500 balloon that are white with blue ink and 500 balloons that are blue with white ink?
A: Yes, but only on Impress II®, Standard, or mylar® print orders. There is an additional $15 charge every time ink color is changed on latex and $20 on mylars.
QX EXPRESS
Q: What is QX Express?A: This is our most popular service! You can order less than 1000 balloons and they are printed with Impress II® print. It is also our quickest service. The quantities that can be ordered are 100, 250, 500, or 1000 balloons. The following limitations apply: balloons may be imprinted on one side only, ink must be Black, Dark Blue, or White, (same color on entire order), and balloons must be either 9" or 11" latex. Balloon colors available per order: two balloon colors or assortments, as listed on previous page, are available on orders of 250 or more. On orders of 100 balloons, one solid balloon color only or assortments, as listed previously. IMPRESS II®
Q: What is Impress II®?A: It is screen printed, which gives a clear, bold imprint. This is the best imprinting available. Orders can be printed in any color ink and can be printed on both sides. There is a 1000 balloon minimum.
STANDARD IMPRINT
Q: What is Standard Imprint?A: This type of print will stretch and appear faded when blown up. Orders can be printed in any color ink and can be printed on both sides. There is a 1000 balloon minimum. Although less expensive, the quality is not as good as Impress II®.
MYLARS
Q: Do you offer custom imprinting on mylar® balloons?A: Yes, the minimum is 50 balloons. A plate charge of $54 is required on all logos and straight line type. If you have more than one color on your imprint, or if you have a different imprint on the second side, there will be an additional plate charge for each. Second color or second side print is an additional 57 cents per balloon. The minimum for two-color imprints is 250 18" mylars.
